My favorite feature is linking one database to another allowing me to display landlords, PM agents, owners, prospects, all within one screen. When I used Act I spent to much time scrolling or trying to customize it and still it lacked the capabilities I needed. I also found that after inputting a couple thousand contacts it was time very slow. REA simplifies everything and I have never had to get out a Manual.
