"I have been using REA since I started in the
business and have found it to be the best product out there. I
talk to many agents who are using something else, but they always seem to be
jealous when I tell them what REA can do. I hired an assistant six months ago
and bought a laptop a month ago to increase my mobility. This however created
some issues with synchronization that was foreign to me. I thought that I had a
problem that could not be overcome at first. I will admit that the mistake made
was totally mine. When I contacted the technical support department, I even
stumped them though. When I make a mistake I do it right. They did not give up
though. I was lead to Tim Creagh. Tim was leaving for a training seminar tour,
so I thought that my issue would not be fixed for quite some time. I was wrong.
Tim asked me to email my sync issue to him and he would work on it while on the
road. The guy is incredible and very helpful. He not only worked on the issue
during some very late hours, but was very patient with me. I now have a system
that is fully sync friendly and thanks to Tim I did not lose any of my hours of
input. REA and REA support deserve to dominate the market with
that sort of customer service. GO REA. You will always get my
recommendation.
